Occasionally conflicts develop between employees in the workplace that affect the overall efficacy of the workplace. Trindel’s Loss Prevention Professionals are trained in Community Mediation and can offer a safe place for those employees to reach common grounds for resolution of those grievances. Trindel offers this service on a selective basis to employees who agree to this confidential process.
